Our people. Our staff are all experienced career professionals. We do not employee trainees or contractors. Our people take ownership of the jobs they do and clients for which they are responsible. Our people will try, listen and understand your business.
Honesty. Long term relationships are built on open and honest dialog. We will be forthright with you, even when the news is not all good. We feel it is just as important to advise clients not to purchase new technology when we do not believe the benefits justify the costs, even when this means less revenue for us.
Experience. Established in 1991, we have over a decade of experience in providing practical, cost effective computer networks for businesses.
A stable team. We have very low staff turnover. You will see the same faces when dealing with IBS InfoTech and not a revolving door.
Proven track record. Our team has implemented more than 400 network infrastructure projects in the last five years alone, experience you can rely upon.
Focus. Your organisation should get the attention it deserves. We do not target large corporate or large government clients. You will not be competing with these kinds of organisations to get our attention.
Skills. Our professional services team are all Microsoft qualified. Each team member is required to undertake an annual training programme to ensure we have the expertise required to deliver value for money services to you. We stick to our knitting. Our focus is Microsoft centric network infrastructure. We do not attempt to be experts in all facets of information technology. In addition to core network infrastructure we have expertise in email, wireless, firewall, anti-virus, storage, remote access, disaster recovery, network faxing and Microsoft SQL Server solutions. We cannot help you with web sites, software development, telephone systems, mobile phones or photocopiers. We are just as happy to tell you what we don’t know as what we do know.
Risk and productivity. We encourage our clients to consider IT infrastructure from two perspectives – risk and productivity. We use this framework to assist our clients when making decisions about the design and management of their networks.
IT decisions are business decisions. Investment in IT should be viewed no differently to any other business investment. If the benefits of the investment cannot be clearly identified with a recognisable return on investment then its probably not a good investment.
Keep it simple. We are firm believers in providing practical solutions to problems. Too often IT companies baffle clients with jargon and implement complex solutions that actually impede the risk and productivity benefits they are supposed to provide.
